By scheduling and receiving Luxury Spa & Wellness Center services you agree to adhere to all of the following policies.

Privacy policies.

Our Commitment to Privacy.

Luxury Spa & Wellness Center knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate you trusting that we will do so carefully and sensibly. As a full service medispa, we follow only the highest standards of medical and spa excellence in service and privacy protection!

This Privacy Policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of our practices and how Luxury Spa & Wellness Center collects, uses, protects or otherwise handles your Personally Identifiable Information. It applies to information that we collect both online and offline (on-site).

Personal Information Collection and Use.

Luxury Spa & Wellness Center is the sole handler/owner of any personal information collected. This personal information is collected when you voluntarily submit it to us using our online scheduling system or order forms, or our on-site intake forms. We will never share, trade, or sell your personal information. 

Online. 

When scheduling a service or ordering a product on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, physical address, credit card number, or other details to help you with your experience.

If a website visitor contacts us by email they may provide us with their email address, and name. If a patron contacts us by phone they may provide us with their phone number and name. Additional information, such as that already mentioned above, may be collected in order for us to schedule a service appointment. 

Providing your information is necessary in these contexts in order for us to process your order, service appointment requests, or respond to inquiries.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

In addition to the personal information that you submit to us online, we may collect personal information about you from reputable third parties. Our web servers may collect certain information such as IP address, pages visited, time of visits, and referring website.

We may inform you of other purposes at the time that we collect some additional forms of information. For example, if you apply for a posted job position at Luxury Spa & Wellness Center, we may collect information in order to process your employee application.

On-site.

When you arrive on-site, at our Brooklyn medispa location, for your initial scheduled service, we collect medical history and additional information as necessary and as relevant to the specific service treatment.

This may happen several times as necessary, for each new service you schedule. 

The medical history we gather may include past surgical history, social history, allergies and current medications. 

Providing your information in this context is in order to guide and direct the care and service we provide.

 

Security: How We Safeguard Your Personal Information.

We protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures. Luxury Spa & Wellness maintains personal information in a combination of paper and electronic files. Paper records may be scanned and/or stored in locked files kept onsite at our office. Digital records are stored electronically on a password-secured system. 

Our computer systems are password-secured and constructed in such a way that only authorized individuals can access the secure systems and databases.

Access to personal information will only be authorized on a need-to-know basis for service practitioners and employees associated with Luxury Spa & Wellness Center, who require access to perform the desired service, in adherence to HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). 

We do not recommend sharing sensitive personal information to us via email, as e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication is very sensitive, you should not send it electronically unless the e-mail is encrypted, or your browser indicates that

the access is secure.

Cookies.

Cookies are simple text files stored by your web browser that provide a method of distinguishing among visitors to the website. Luxury Spa & Wellness Center may use cookies to identify your browser as you visit pages on the Luxury Spa & Wellness Center website. Cookies also allow Luxury Spa & Wellness to provide more relevant, targeted content as appropriate and are used on our ordering pages to keep track of the items in your shopping cart.

Our website may contain links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another site that is governed by that site’s privacy policy.

Your Information, Your Consent, Your Choices. 

By submitting your information online, or completing one of our service in-take forms on-site, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy. 

If you would like to access the information that we received from you (including history of past services), or make corrections to any personal or contact information, you may contact us at the email address provided at the end of this policy or call us during operating hours.

If you register to receive communications from Luxury Spa & Wellness Center, and later change your mind, you may ask that your name and contact information be removed from our distribution list. You can send such a request to the email addresses at the end of this policy.

Some web browsers and devices permit you to broadcast a preference that you not be "tracked" online. At this time we do not modify your experience based upon whether such a signal is broadcast.

 

Changes to this Privacy Statement.

We may modify this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page. If we make a material change to this policy, and need to apply it to personal information that you provided to us before the change was made, we may attempt to contact you via email so that you may consent to our use of your information in that way. Continued use of our services will signify that you agree to any such changes.

Scheduling service policies.

 Credit Card on File.

All services priced over $50 require clients to add a credit card on file for our cancellation, no-show, and late policies.

Cancellation Policy.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.

This allows Luxury Spa & Wellness Center enough time to fill appointments.

Late cancellations will be charged $50. POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!

As a courtesy, we will email, and may call or text you, to confirm your service appointments. You will receive an email 48 hours and 24 hours two prior to your appointment date. 

Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.

Cancellations can be made by phone or email. Should the 24 hour cancellation window hit at a time outside of our operating hours (for example, Monday for a Tuesday appointment) please send an email to info@luxurywellnesscenter.com OR call us AND leave a message. 

We understand the challenges everyone is facing during this pandemic. If you need to cancel your appointment because of a possible COVID-19 exposure, we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee with proof of a positive COVID-19 test.

We ask that service appointments be held with a credit card. Your card is not billed prior to your appointment outside of the aforementioned reasons.

Late Arrival Policy.

If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment to accommodate our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed and asked to reschedule.

No Call/No Show Policy.

At Luxury Spa & Wellness Center, your appointments are very important to us! We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 24-hour notice. However, if you are a no call/no on the day of your appointment, we will charge the credit card on file 100% of your booked service price.

Other policies.

 Products.

There are NO REFUNDS on any products purchased at the spa, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once you have left the spa we are not issuing any refunds.

Gift Certificates.

Gift certificates purchased cannot be returned, no exceptions. Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services, as we raise prices due to increased cost from our suppliers. All gift certificates have a Two-year expiration date. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if purchaser doesn't add your name at the time of purchase.

Age of Service.

It is Luxury Spa & Wellness Center policy that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services at the spa.

*All services require the client to be 18 years of age.

Lockers.

Please be sure to lock all items in your lockers. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Our prices are subject to change at any time. All groups must come 30 min early and we have a 7-day cancellation policy or will be subject to a fee of 25% of your total groups scheduled services.
